Dr. Denise Yang Lu, DO

For our first appointment, she was supposed to call me. I had both my phones on me. Never got a ring, nothing on my call log, no message on voicemail. She wrote an email to me instead saying she called. Sounded like a lie frankly so why would I continue with her. I spent literally hours that afternoon trying to get a hold of her and got the run around and mistreatment from KP.org. Of course she should be accountable, so this is all I could do...

Dr. Lu was my physician for a couple of years. She listens and is very understanding. She works with the patient to find the best treatment for them. I would definitely refer any person looking for a physician...go to Dr. Lu

She is an excellent doctor. She takes her time and listens to what is going on with me. She remembers who you are and what she is seeing you for. I promised her I would do my colonoscopy my next physical---She remembered. I didn't have to remind her.
