After several years of seeing her and paying $2000.00 so I could drive again without the glare and asking her on several occasions if this would work - she said yes, I would never have another issue with glare. NO TRUE - I still have the problem. Follow-y=up appt went as I expected. She denied ever saying it would work. She said that she would refer me to a neurologist (she never did) so yesterday was a follow up appt at 10:30am. At 11:00am she still had not appeared. After many appointments that kept me waiting long past my appt time - at this one I left. They require that you get there early and if you are 15 min lates they either cancel the appt. or? So, I gave her the same 15 minute grace period and then left at 30 minutes. Our time as patients is as important as their time.

I liked Dr Lugo-Camann. I thought I was getting lined up for cataract surgery, but no, my symptoms are not quite bad enough. I felt she had my best interests at heart.

Dr. Lugo-Camann provided me exceptional care, took all the time needed to personalize my surgical care, listened very carefully and reassured me along the way that she heard me and my concerns. As the appointment progressed, I became increasingly comfortable and reassured and felt I would receive the best care possible. I immediately scheduled the surgery on the spot with no reservations whatsoever. I wish every doctor would provide such exemplary care!!!

I absoulutly love Dr. Lugo Camann. She makes me very relaxed and takes her time to explain everything to me. I really love her personality!
