Dr. Denise Christine Monte, MD

Dr Monte explained everything. Her staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Her nurse Kimmie went above what I have ever seen in making my son feel comfortable. Dr Monte had to clean his ears with a little machine and Kimmie talked to my son showed him the tools let him feel it then talked to him in such a comforting way I never saw anything like it. Thank you to Dr Monte and Kimmie.

Dr. Monte is a wonderful ENT. Her medical assistants are great, and so is her audiologist. However, her office staff is incompetent and rude. They do not bill insurance correctly, or get the proper pre-certifications for procedures. They do not take responsibility for their errors. In addition, it is difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Monte, and when an appointment is scheduled you will wait 30-45 minutes before you see Dr. Monte. You wait 20 minutes in the waiting room, and then 20 minutes in a room. Waiting 20 minutes in a tiny exam room with two small children can often be a trying experience. I respect Dr. Monte as a physician and person. It is also clear that she is a working mother. However, her office needs to respect that there are other working parents that their priority is taking care of their children, not waiting in a doctor's office for an hour or having to make 10-15 phone calls to the insurance company and their billing company (who are very rude!)… to get bills sorted out, because things were not processed correctly the first time.

Dr monte is caring and has a great bedside manner. We got into the office a little early and was taken right away . Her staff was friendly and welcoming. She was very through and took her time with my son. She explained everything very simply and made sure we understood. I would recommend this doctor to any parent that needs a ENT.

Dr. Monte was amazing to my daughter. She spoke to my child and explained everything that she was going to do. Her nurse was just as amazing. She was caring and supportive to my child and myself.
