I wish I had read these reviews 6 months ago when my husband and I had our first appointment. I left with a bad taste but thought maybe she was in a bad mood, so I gave the benefit of the doubt. We have had 3+ more appointments with her and nothing got better. She is very short with her responses, and acts annoyed when you present questions. Every appointment she tried pushing IVF but we weren't ready to give up. What a waste of our time. I wish from day 1 when I felt off with her that I requested a new Dr. We decided we are done with her and will be asking for someone else if we need it. I can't believe this many people felt the way I did.

Horrible Doctor, lacks empathy with patients. Extremely rude and condescending.

Avoid at all costs.Shes rushed, and right away, you can tell she doesn't want anything to do with you. Only gives one-word answers to any questions asked. Please go to a different Doctor. She is not the only option out there.

Dr murray told me & husband I have DOR. I can only get pregnant through donor egg. I asked "is there treatment?Anything we do?" Her response "yes donor egg!" "But for our own?" Any options?" "Donor egg" "so this is it we cant have kids theres no hope" husband and I crying.. "yes you can get pregnant through donor egg!" "Can I get a second opinion" "goodluck I'm the only doctor in orange county. You can try another county but they will tell you the same thing." I got a second opinion outside of kaiser to another doctor. 2 months later IM PREGNANT naturally!!! There was options! Theres IFV, IUI, there controlled monitoring, medication, lots of assistance!! That I found out.. do not believe this horrible "doctor".

She is rude, condescending, lacks empathy, and vague. Had alot of communication problems with her. She is very difficult to contact, doesn't respond to pages from the pharmacy and doesn't reply to emails. She does not answer questions directly. She suggested I take a medication that requires a prescription, but didn't give me a prescription for it. She also ordered lab tests that were not discussed previously and didn't order another that was discussed. Very confusing doctor.

Dr. Murray was very quick to give results, I wasn't able to ask questions or get an answer for treatment options. She just kept repeating herself acting like a smart aleck. I sought a second opinion and found out she was wrong.

Both myself and a friend had bad experiences with this doctor. The odd thing is that she was really great for one visit and on the second visit she was condescending and unhelpful. Maybe it's a tactic so that all the other fertility doctors cover her workload.

Dr Murray was genuinely agitated when I asked any kind of questions. She went straight into offering IVF as an only option , and outright forbid me to even consider IUI without a clear explanation. She cancelled on my appointments twice (she cancelled the first appointment 15 minutes before when I was parking, she cancelled the second appointment the day before). I finally consulted others doctors who provided a rational reason why IUI may be a possibility . Now I got pregnant naturally. I never felt so disrespected by a doctor, and truly wish I read some reviews on her before I booked time with her.

Great bed side manner, explained the process and helped us have a child.

Dr. Murray has terrible beside manner and really couldn't care less about her patients or their partners. In our experience with her, she and her nurse both completely ignored my husband who had gone out of his way to be at our test results appointment. When told we had decided to postpone TTC, she abruptly ended the appointment as though we were a waste of her time. Getting answers to my questions was like pulling teeth - or worse. Treated me like I was incompetent and rushed me out the door. I think I cried after both of my appointments with her. Will NOT be seeing her again.
