Dr. Qualler spent focused time with me to review my issues and potential options to treat my condition. She carefully explained all the possible drugs and explained how they worked in a way that was very easy to understand. Dr. Qualler listened intently to me as I answered her questions and expressed my concerns. She provided an avenue of discussion where I felt that I was completely included in the decisions for my care. I have been to other doctors for my osteoporosis and she is the first one to explain everything I needed to know and to listen to me with genuine concern. As she outlined options she offered her recommendations on how to begin addressing my condition. Other doctors I have seen talked at me but Dr. Qualler created a conversational environment that made me comfortable enough to feel that I am an active participant in my care. The appointment was a relief in that I have found someone that I can actually be a partner with. Thank you!
