Dr. Denise R Tittle, DO

Patient was not charged smoking fee, it was written off before she ever got a bill from us. She had not met deductible and refused to pay balance she owed. Other patient with asthma and changed insurance and knew we were no longer his provider. He had 3 months to find another doctor but did not do it. We refilled inhaler as a courtesy once already, plus he had cancelled several appointments in a row.

They don't seem to have a large number of patients but still more likely to see a PA than the doctor. They have some peculiar rules--no prescriptions sent till end of day making an extra trip made for written prescriptions needed. They do seem careful with prescribing and did the most detailed intake I've ever had.

Rude Dr and staff, billed me for services not asked for, informed of, or performed. When confronted about the bill they yelled at me, and made me out as a liar and fired me as a client.

I called on several occasions regarding a refill for a asthma inhaler and when I finally spoke with her wondering why my prescription wasn't sent to the pharmacy she was very rude and stated that it wasn't her problem when I explained to her that I almost has a asthma attack. She was very rude and I will never recommend this office. I went to her for a year and there was always an issue with her sending prescriptions. I will send this complaint to a manager.

If I could leave her zero stars I would. She is very unprofessional.

Great doctor with great staff. I have had a doctor move out of town, so I was assigned to her care, and just love her. She spends as much time with me as I need. I have never felt rushed at all, she answers questions that I never had understanding about previously. I typically don't ever care who I see, but I ask for her every time.
