Dr. Deniz Dayicioglu, MD

Dr D recently did a n*pple reconstruction for me, just got the stitches out today, seems to be going really well. But came on here to say that I really hope Moffitt manages to keep her position there. Apparently her USF contract won’t be renewed and due to red tape it may be tricky to keep her. That would be a huge loss, she’s a wonderful doctor/plastic surgeon and I sure hope they work it out and she can stay at Moffitt. She’s great!

Dr. Dayicioglu did my single mastectomy and reconstruction (that was all in one procedure), then reduction on the other side. She was recommended to me by some nurses in the department, and the nurses know! From the minute I met with her, I felt like I was in excellent hands and I could relax. She gave me good counsel about my case beforehand. She is clearly very experienced, professional, and highly skilled. Both surgeries went without a hitch, and they are healing well. The residents on her team are also excellent.

Dr. Dayicioglu w is my Plastic surgeon at Moffitt Cancer Center. I had a lumpectomy and node removal by Dr. Czerniecki and during same surgery Dr. D removed 32 year old breast implants on top of muscle and replaced with new implants under the muscle. My results were excellent.

Went for consultation yesterday! I have interviewed 4 other plastic surgeons. None of those made me feel comfortable with their knowledge of what I need to have done! This Dr did take her time to listen to my concerns and told me what she can do for me and I’m excited to get my reduction and new implants I’m a cancer survivor since 2001. Had a mastectomy, and reconstructive surgery via tram flap in 2001. She’s very familiar with these procedures as well. Very confident made me feel confident with my decision! I feel very comfortable with this doctor. She thoroughly explained my options and everything involved. Took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I will be proceeding with surgery under her care.

Over an hour late for appointment then made me feel ashamed of my body like she was telling me not to expect much. Made me feel like trash.

I have just completed breast reconstruction with Dr. Dayicioglu. I am thrilled with my results. I wanted smaller breasts initially but once they tried out different sizes during the surgery they went with a little larger. I am now a C cup down from a DD cup. Now that the swelling has gone done after the implant exchange I couldn't be happier with my "new boobs." I had a lot of muscle spasms with my fills on the skin expanders so I asked them to do only half fills which took a little more time to reach the desired results/skin and muscle stretching. My questions and concerns were addressed by her and her staff.
