Dr. Dennis Leroy Barnett II, MD

Never actually seen the doctor. Was unable to reach the office to make an appointment and Moved out of state shortly after. That hasn't stopped them from taking membership dues out for 12 months. I've cancelled three times by email and once with the office staff but still, every month they hit my card.

Hs is the BEST doctor ever!!! Listens doesnt rush appt. Super friendly.Got my health back on track.

My husband sees Dr. Barnett, so when my doctor left Salem Clinic, I saw Dr. Barnett.  I have been dealing with several medical problems, seemingly unrelated, the worst of all being horrible insomnia.  I was sleeping *maybe* 10-12 hours a week for 8 months.  Dr. Barnett said he believed I had narcolepsy, which is insane because I wasn't sleeping at all.  He was dismissive, and acted offended that I disagreed.  I asked Salem Clinic to switch my primary so I could see another doctor.  They wouldn't, so I found a different doctor outside of Salem Clinic, which ended up being a good thing.  I was finally diagnosed - with an ovarian tumor! - It had been causing all my symptoms.  I had surgery to remove the tumor and ovary.  Within 4 days, I was sleeping through the night.  Two weeks since my surgery now, and I'm feeling like myself again.  Dr. Barnett should only see uncomplicated patients, and probably only men.  If he dismisses your concerns, find another provider who will actually help!

He is patient, matter of fact and a great listener. I always felt he has dealt with each of my concerns at the end of every visit. He is very respectful and willing to work with me to achieve my health goals. He does a good job of pointing out what we need to work on and ideas how to approach it, then we come up w a plan together.

He was insulting to me. He was disgusting. I thought it was just my experience, but I read about Jennifer Howard. He should not be a doctor.
