Our family has been patients of Dr. Bassetti for over 30 years. He is one of the most competent, knowledgeable , kind, caring physicians that can be found in any area big or small. He has saved my husband's life several times, listening to his complaints and symptoms and getting to the bottom of the problem. He listens to his patients and cares about each and every one of them. I have seen a couple of negative reviews on here and I wonder what some of the reviewers are looking for. I have seen his office staff change over the years. There will always be those that we like and those that we don't and that holds true in any office. As far as care goes, there is none better. If someone has had an experience that was negatively impactful stop and think that perhaps there was something going on beyond a physicians control. All I can say, is I would trust my life and those of my family to Dr. Bassetti at any time and know that he has given the best care that was possible.

Dr Bassetti is such a great doctor. Always take the time to explain everything to me. Wait time was under 10 minutes and his staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr Bassetti to all my friends & family.

I never saw Dr. Bassetti because his staff scheduled an appointment for me, called back and left a message that it had to be moved in time, but on the same day. I got to the office and I was denied service, citing my appointment time had passed. I played the VM for the receptionist. She was unapologetic, snippy, and scheduled me 15 days in the future. When I posted a review on Google, their office manager replied that I had no-showed them several times. I called, since this was fabricated, and she (the reply author) barked at me and hung up. Unprofessional all around.

Dr. Bassetti is a very caring and compassionate doctor. I'm reading a few negative reviews on here and wonder what some of these other people are talking about. Dr. Bassetti explains things clearly, takes his time, occasionally runs a bit late (and if I were the one person in the room needing a little extra time, I'd appreciate that he didn't rush me out), and I'm happy and relieved to have him as my doctor. Is any doctor or office absolutely perfect? No. But he is as good as they come for sure! I do like some of his office staff more than others, but that's personal preference. Is it that some reviewers are trying to be "funny" or just sarcastic? I don't know. But I can tell you that I have been a patient for several years and know others equally as happy with him. I just wonder if on occasion there is a person who goes to a doctor with a particular expectation that isn't met and doesn't follow up or communicate. I'm not sure. I am sure that I highly recommend Dr.… Bassetti.

Dr Basetti took his time to explain things to me and allowed me to ask questions. The front office staff is efficient and waiting time was 30 minutes the first time and 45 minutes the second time. My complaint is with the incompetent back office. This has recently changed as one of those people is no longer employed there. Here's hoping that they can get their act together and thus have less stress reflected on their patients. A doctor can only be as good as his staff, unfortunately.

Very professional and compassionate

Dr. Bassetti is superb. I wanted to see him, specifically, and since I didn't have an "emergency," then I didn't mind waiting for a time that worked best for me, which meant two weeks until my appointment. He is an excellent diagnostician. What's most telling is that he is so highly respected and spoken of by health care professionals at the hospital. When the nurses and therapists volunteer their own stories about how wonderful he is, that sure makes me realize how lucky I am to have connected with him. One thing I was told was that if I did not hear from the office within four days about one set of results, I should call. I did and there was perfect communication. We're lucky to have such a knowledgeable doctor in our county who takes such time with each patient and such care with his work.

Dr Bassetti is very kind and warm. He genuinely cares for his patients. When my mom was sick in the hospital, he personally called and stopped by. This was telling since she wasn't even his patient. He is one of the best doctors in town. He also speaks spanish.

The doctor took the time to a answer all my questions and to educate me about my condition and its treatment.
