The the office team. Well treated as usual. Easy to set up my appointment and a very short wait time in the office

This office is horrible. I come from a medical family, I know how office staff are SUPPOSED to act, and this office is staffed by the most unprofessional staff you'll EVER see. No exaggeration. The woman at the front desk calls herself "the gatekeeper"...she's derogatory, and rude to an extreme. She once called the patients in the office dumb***es in front of guests! The nurses and office staff act like the mean girls in highschool. NEVER visit this office. "The gatekeeper" KNOWS she's rude. She enjoys it. She has passive agressive notes ALL OVER THE OFFICE AND EXAM ROOMS saying things like," If you ever want to visit this office again, see the "mean lady up front". Why a Dr. is letting a nobody ruin his practice says a lot about the "Doctor".

Realy liked this Dr. But his staff needs a refresher course on politeness !! Reseptionest very rude...

Was with Dr. Bingham for several years. I liked his manner and was comfortable with his expertise, but did have a concern that he never seemed to examine anything I didn't point out. No looking on his own. Recently, when I attempted to ask the Dr. a question following a checkup, I was told by staff he takes no calls or e-mails and that a new appointment was necessary. No way past the staff to ask a simple question w/o a new appointment? No way to even register a cocern directly with the doctor (since the gatekeeper seems to be the problem). Sadly, time for a new doctor.

Have never had any problems. Professional, courteous and accomodating.

WAIT TIME TIME WAS TOO LONG. ONLY SPENDSA FEW MINUTES WITH YOU. DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK WITH TEST RESULTS. EVERYTHING IS DONE ON COMPUTER. NOT VERY CARING AT ALL. CHANGE AND WENT TO ANOTHER DR.
