Dr. Dennis Maurice Crockett, MD

Dr. Dennis Crockett is a head and neck surgeon who specializes in otolaryngology with additional training in pediatrics and plastic surgery. He earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California and completed his residency at LAC+USC Medical Center.
