Dr. Dennis Godby, MA, ND, has been SNMC medical director since its inception in 2005. Dr. Godby is the longest-serving Naturopathic Doctor in Sacramento and among California’s first licensed primary care NDs (ND-84). Dr. Godby was awarded the California Naturopathic Doctor’s Association’s first “Doctor of the Year” in 2012, was one of Sutter Health’s first credentialed complementary medicine practitioners, and founder of The Run: Advancing Naturopathic Medicine in All 50 States.Dr. Godby encourages patients to go beyond prevention, and settling for just not feeling sick, but to seek their best possible health, joy, and making a difference in the community!
