Dr. Hulbert graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Illinois in 1977. For the past 26 years, Dr. Hulbert has been practicing dentistry in Iron County, providing residents of Iron and all surrounding counties with the best in modern cosmetic and general dentistry.Â
Most recently Dr. Hulbert can be found working with dentists from around the world at the prestigious Misch Implant Institute in Pittsburgh and the Las Vegas Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry.  Dr. Hulbert has been a lecturer on modern dental technique in Moscow, Russia and an anatomy instructor at Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge, Colorado.
