Dr. Dennis Yishin Kuo, MD

I saw Dr Kuo for the first time this week. I was really grateful for the amount of time he spent getting to know my history and answering my questions. While I wish my circumstances didn't require me to see him, I'm happy to have him in my court.

It was on Sept 14, Friday. My GI doctor referred me to see Dr. Kuo asap after seeing my MRI report. I was a walking in new patient so that I waited patiently. There were other patients that had to wait for a long time. I found out later that many NEW patients came at the same day. Good thing is that Dr. Kuo didn't rush on each patient. He spent enough time on each one and gave detailed explanations of our problems and suggestions. It's worth of waiting.

At flushing office - staff told us to come and we waited over 4 hrs before being seen by the doctors. It was not appropriate for the scheduling department to give us a time and still have to wait for over 4 hours. It is inappropriate and unprofessional. The patient nearly fainted due exhaustion and hunger from waiting. Regardless of how good the surgeon is there is a disconnect between the office and the surgeon.

His management was just awful. I do not recommend.
