Dr. Dennis Richard Manchen

I have been going to this office for years and have said to myself pretty mich after each visit, "this is the last time." My fault for not taking action sooner. For starters, if you actually get Dr. Manchen to tell you what is wrong with you at the end of the visit, you've done well. Usually you get "ehhh it's going around," kind of answer. Thank goodness this doc is not retired. Number two: the staff is extremely rude. Rude on the phone, and in person. Recently I called on an early Saturday morning and got the answering service. Left my info, never got a cal back. When I actually called the office at about 10 am, I was told that they really can't see me because they were only seeing really sick people today, and that another staff member has to leave early to take her dog to the vet. I had to talk them into seeing me! Ridiculous! And to top it off, I waited over an HOUR, and ended up just leaving with a refunded co-pay. Once again DO NOT GO HERE!
