Dr. Dennis Joseph Muller, OD

My daughter went in for an eye exam to get new contacts. She did not receive the service that was requested. She received an eye exam and a prescription for glasses. When I called the office, I was told she did not request contacts. I advised that she discussed the contact lens fitting exam copay with office staff. I was advised she could come back to the office for an addition exam and contact lens fitting . The cost would be an additional $110. My daughter did not get the service she requested and did not get her contacts. This was a waste of $40. I will never give a recommendation for Dr Dennis Muller and we will never use this doctor again.
