Dr. Dennis Nemceff is a vascular surgeon with expertise in surgery who brings over two decades of medical experience to his practice. He completed his medical degree at the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine and went on to complete his residency at Los Angeles County-Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. With 24 years in the field, Dr. Nemceff has developed extensive knowledge in treating complex vascular conditions. He provides care in English for his patients.
