Dr. Dennis Mark Oelrich, MD

My son and I both go to Dr. Orlrich. Excellent doctor, always able to get an appointment quickly, nurses call back promptly. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I had an appointment scheduled that was clearly on my personal calendar but when I arrived, the office staff told me that they did not have me on their appointment calendar. I had made the appointment over the phone so did not have any physical evidence that I actually had the appointment. So it was my word against theirs that I actually had an appointment. Instead of recognizing that they could have possibly made a mistake and therefore would try to work with me, they assumed that I was wrong and said the only thing that could be done was to reschedule 3 weeks later (by the way, they had an opening within 1 business day but instead of holding it for me while they asked the doctor whether he would be willing to work me in, they gave that away in the 15 minutes that they had me wait to see if they could work me in). After adjusting my very busy work schedule so that I could have this particular appointment in the middle of the day which is 45 minutes from my work, I was told to… leave and come back 3 weeks later. Very poor customer service. This follows after a previous appointment nearly a year ago in which I sat in the waiting room for an hour while patient after patient went back - most of whom came after I had arrived. I had made the appointment to be first thing in the morning so I could get in and out quickly (which generally is the case) . When I finally went to the desk, the office staff said "Oh, I'm sorry. We forgot about you." I was now late for a very important meeting and just canceled the appointment and left because I had no more time. I will be investigating other options during the 3 weeks that I am waiting to potentially go back. Oh yeah - now I have an "appointment card" to prove I actually have an appointment. Yoohoo! Guess calling up to schedule an appointment guarantees nothing.

He's incredible. As good as a doctors visit can get. My rating says it all.

Dr. Oelrich really put me at ease. I went in for a complete body check. Dr. was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was about to do. I had put my visit off for years and have been back 2 or 3 times since. No fear in the "all over" check any more!
