They automatically declined my refill request for a prescription medication that was prescribed by them and for which I've been taking for three years. Then, I try to contact them to find out why and they tell me I need to schedule an appointment with the doctor. What? They wait until your prescription runs out, decline the refill, and say you need to schedule an appointment. Ridiculous. Furthermore, I tried contacting their staff several times and they were unsympathetic and rude. In addition, I had to call six times because their answering system wasn't working. They never called me back or contacted me with a status.

In treating our medical problems from ages 50 to 95, Dr. Oliver has provided the best of care, time after time. We are so grateful for his compassionate, most highly-developed expertise.

I wouldn't recommend this office. I came in with the flu during flu season with obvious flu symptoms. I am young and had no other health issues. I am furious because the doctor was in a hurry, Dr. Dennis Oliver, and treated me like a number. He decided to run multiple tests to make sure I had the flu---just to charge my insurance and me-- since my insurance doesn't pay for these test. It was a billable-so he billed! No one told me my insurance wouldn't pay and it was a needless test meant to run up a bill. Getting the flu was very costly and the service was poor.

I have been going to Dr. liver for 17 years and he is the greatest, listens to you and gives advice and options on your medical problems, very easy to talk to. I hate to think of a replacement doctor when he decides to retire. Have great faith in him.

I would trust Dennis with my life! Oh, yes, that's exactly what I did. I'm still "sunny side up" so in my book he is A- OKð???

I was referred to this physician and regret ever seeing him. I have broken one of me feet several times, the 1st time at age 16 (top bones and large side bone) and when I broke it again, he told me at 1st from the X-ray the foot had never been broken, even though I have the documentation. He became extremely irritated when I stated this and said, "Go see a podiatrist if you don't believe me." He did sent a report on the examination mail, he claimed I had 'osteoporosis' in the foot, which I have been tested for and DON'T have. I also suffered a bad fall on asphalt this past year and went to him because there was a major lump and severe bruising below the elbow and he didn't even do an X-ray. Turns out, I had chipped the bone. All in all, I would NEVER recommend him to anyone and changed to a physician outside the MacGregor Group since even when you call, you are left on hold so long you end up hanging up and trying again later.

DR. OLIVER HAS MADE MY LIFE SO IMPROVED I ALLWAYS GET HIS INCREDIBLE DEVOTION TO MEDICAL WELLNESS !!!!

Dr. Oliver takes the time to listen to his patients and over the years has developed a trusted doctor/patient relationship with my son and myself. He has made accurate diagnosises that have been life altering. We are fortunate to have such an outstanding doctor.

Dr. Oliver has been my doctor for over 10 years. I trust him. If there are treatment options, he will present them all along with their pros and cons. He'll then ask how you wish to proceed. includes me in the decisions of my own health. I find hime to be an excellent doctor.

not good experience with this doctor... he made mistakes on my medications more than once... when asked to explain x-ray he replied he had other patients and didn't have the time... I'm changing doctors
