I went in knowing I was pregnant. I was told by he, himself, that because he had 31 years of experience he was never wrong. He said that I had miscarried because 1 out of 5 women in his office miscarried and I was #5 that day. I did not go in for the dnc he recommended. I have a stomach that is growing and a month and a half later still feel movement inside. I'm finding a different doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Owens for many years and have found him to be very competent and caring. I moved to Cape Girardeau several years ago and started seeing a different doctor who diagnosed me with a fibroid tumor and recommended a hysterectomy. When I went to Dr. Owens for a second opinion, it was discovered that I did not have a fibroid tumor and was treated with a much less invasive procedure (out-patient). I will be a patient for life!
