Very professional, great bedside manner. Very caring and approachable. Would highly recommend. Spends time explaining what he recommends and offers alternatives.

Satisfied with my visit

Waited 2 hours and he never showed up. He just sent in some assistant or something that scheduled me to go somewhere else another day. Complete waste of my time!!!

Did not see Dr. Smith this visit. Saw his APRN. Was very professional. Set up appt. for CT- scan and follow up consultation.

My first experience with Dr. Smith was awesome! I just went to him a couple days ago ago. I was referred to him from Jewish Hospital and it was the best thing that could’ve ever happened to me. I was very worried that he would look at my weight and say there’s nothing that he could do, but that did not happen. He explained to me in detail what was going on with me and put me at ease with a plan to take care of my kidney stones. He is very personable. I was so comfortable with him that I would recommend him to anyone. I was so stressed about seeing him, but as soon as he walked in the room, I felt at ease. His trainee was also very nice and let’s not leave out the staff. But I am very thankful for Dr. Smith and I trust him fully with what Care he is going to give me. I wish we had more doctors like him. I felt so blessed that they had sent me to him. His bedside manner is wonderful.

I started going to Dr Smith in 2009 and recently needed to see him again. Dr. Smith always provides accurate information, answers all questions, very professional. I would also like to note that things go smoother at the NA office with the office staff.

Interesting that many of the negative reviews were written by patients seeking pain medication. With the soaring number of patients with addiction and overdose deaths I understand why Dr. Smith is not going to provide people with pain medication that isn't needed. I used to work in the addiction field and know how manipulative these people can be. Not only is he protecting those patients who beg for opioids he is protecting his practice.

I brought my 77 year old aunt in to see Dr. Smith and he was very knowledgeable and informative and he was a pleasure to work with !!!

He has treated my husband several times for kidney stones. He gives him options and asks for his treatment preference and they discuss what is best.... Very nice man. Quiet and professional.

Doctor doesn't even review chart before he sees you and has no idea what is going on until you tell him no beside manner at all no idea what tests you have had terrible doctor no idea what is wrong
