Dr. Dennis V Weiss, MD

Dr. Weiss is a truly gifted psychiatrist whose vast experience and medical knowledge doesn't outweigh his highly intuitive side. I was actually distraught that my insurance no longer covered his services, but the work we did together has had lasting effects on me. I liked that Dr. Weiss is fiercely intelligent but never talked down to me, never played any therapeutic "games" with me, never acted superior to me. I wish I knew people like him in real life.

I am so grateful that Dr. Weiss is still in practice. He has helped me thru very difficult times and has had to work really hard to get me back on track after another psychiatrist made a mess of things. Again, I cannot thank him and Mary enough!

Dr. Weiss always made me feel like I was his only patient. His office manager, Mary, made you feel like family. Dr. Weiss always listened to me and he had no problem pointing out his view of my issue. He never made feel bad in fact, my 1 hour sessions with him were the most therapeutic for me. I paid out of pocket to see him and I would have paid double if he asked. I loved him, his pups, his office and his sense of humor! Best doctor around! I literally cried when I found out he was closing. Still trying to find someone half as good as him!
