Dr. Dennis Thomas Woodling, MD

All I can say is how I appreciate Dr Woodling and his Nurse Angie..They have helped me through some rough times.. If you need a great internal Medicine physician in the Montgomery area, choose him.. (You will be glad you did!)

I’ve used Dr Woodling for 4.5 years after moving back to Alabama from the Savannah area.. He has been wonderfully understanding & has helped me through some rough times.. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great internal medicine Dr..

No complaints just satisfied.

The head nurse is your interface with the doctor. A wonderful pleasant doctor that inspires confidence until you deal with his nurse. The woman is rude unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. Any question you pose is met as a challenge and a $ charge. She claims she does something for the you with the insurance company but the insurance company has no record of it and of course according to her they are lying. She cites their policy and letter content but must be deaf and illiterate because that is not what they have told you and what you read in the letter. She appears to make up stuff. Her rudeness and nastiness is beyond the pale. She must be believed but presents herself as uneducated and lacking in medical knowledge. She addresses you as if you are dumb and a child. She is too busy to address your needs when she feels she has dispatched the question. Run away from this practice. Your health is too important to be processed by this dysfunctional… ________----------

The head nurse is rude and condescending. When you are already sick, being treated like one of the cattle simply makes matters worse. I was so sick that I was already confused, but instead of trying to help, she screamed at me and at the rest of the staff. I wanted to run away and hide.

Dr. Woodling and his nurse are always nice and pleasant to me. I recall one time I made a smart-alecky comment to the nurse and she did give back what she got, which annoyed me at the time. But truth be told I deserved it. And this isn't McDonalds folks....the customer isn't always right and shouldn't come in with that attitude.

I have multiple health issues. Dr. Woodling yelled at me. I hadn't slept in 48 hours due to my issues and his behavior was the last straw. I left that day, requested my records and never went back. I read through my records and found that he misdiagnosed me in once instance, and disagreed with 2 specialists that I had already seen about my conditions. He's a "know-it-all" who has a horrible attitude when dealing with patients. However, his office staff was never anything but courteous and nice to me.

Very prompt and efficient. Fixed my problems more than once. Excellent run office too.

He listens to what you have to say. Never makes you feel that he is trying to hurry and move to next patient. His staff is professional. I thought his head nurse was very nice.
