Dr. Denny Mariyam Thomas, MD

Always late, rushed appointments, unnecessary testing and then drops me as a patient because I very kindly asked the front if there was a time that she’d be most likely to not be running late. She sent me a message on a Saturday telling me that I could find someone else because I complained.

I'm so glad I found her she's amazing!

Having just moved to the Kansas City area from out of state, my husband and I chose Dr. Thomas to be our PCP randomly as she accepts our Tri Care insurance and was accepting new patients. I found Dr. Thomas to be thorough in her questioning with a strong desire to understand my current health and any medical issues. She has an excellent nurse and the staff were accomodating and friendly (I had my infant grandson with me). We are pleased with our decision in trusting her with our health care.

She does not listen and always seems to be in a rush. She is very nice, but I don't feel like she takes the time to answer questions or address my concerns.

She is always friendly and so is the staff.

She came straight out and told me she did not have time for my questions as she had other patients. She then had me wait, undressed for nearly half an hour during my scheduled physical as she went off to see other patients. Each time I have seen her, I have had bad experiences from forgetting to tell me I should have fasted to stapling other patient's medical information to my own.
