Absolutely one of the best. Would go to no one else. Professional, kind, gentle and made me feel at ease. That’s big coming from a person with dental phobias.

I went to innovation dental for a routine cleanings, I had a crown come out that was placed at another dental office years before but returned to innovation to have it repaired. A new crown was ordered and a temporary was placed, a few weeks later I returned to have the new crown put on. Within a week the new crown came out I was out of town but called and returned to innovation a week later to find that the new crown had broken my tooth off and replacing it would now be impossible. I opted for an implant, took time off of work, again, had a bone graph procedure to prepare for the implant this was followed up by a recheck at innovation and a pricey X-ray at a specialist. Upon returning for my final check up before surgery I was now told the implant would not work either and I would need a bridge. I am not happy, the dentist does not seem experienced enough to know what he is doing.

It was a very needed visit. He did his job and was very good at it! Higley recommend him. Thank you very much Dr Palmer. ( I drive 2 hours for only him to work on my mouth

Had a scheduled appointment, checked in early, admitted promptly. Had additional x-rays not covered by insurance under the guise that they would be beneficial in review with dentist. After cleaning, was advised dentist would not be available for another two hours. Most unprofessional experience with any health care provider ever.
