This dentist has no ethics at all. I went in asking for cavity fills and preventative service only. I checked with his staff and the dentist himself and everyone reassured me that a particular service with involved scraping material off my teeth was preventative. When I left i paid my copay and they billed it as if the service was preventative and fully covered. It turns out that he then billed the insurance company as if it was a Major operation and I would have had a 50% copay. After the insurance company rejected the service he tried to bill me saying he never remembered anything about preventative service and he was very rude about it. When I called to pay the bill so it wouldn't ruin my credit I told the office manager how displeased I was and she hung up on me. We will never go back and the only recommendation I have for people is to stay away from this dentist. There should be a negative star for him.
