I've never had such a difficult time getting an appointment to see a doctor. Every time I call he's scheduled out for over a month. That's fine if it's not an urgent appointment but then the doctor goes on unannounced "vacations" and they want to reschedule for another month out. My first appointment took THREE months to finally happen. Derek is a reasonable doc with a pleasant enough if forgettable manner but he's definitely not worth all this inconvenience. When I finally needed him for something urgent, I was told I'd still have to wait a week for a condition that really was not safe to delay. The scheduling staff were utterly indifferent to the situation, they seemed more concerned that someone was asking for an appointment. Frankly the staff all sounds so monotone and soulless that you get the idea they must get yelled at ALL THE TIME and are just numb. Your health doesn't even enter into their thinking. TL:DR - OK Doc, horribly over-scheduled, rude and indifferent staff.
