Dr. Derek K Johnson, MD

Inept. I was negligibly over injected with venom, sent home with the knowledge of this mistake, had a massive allergic reaction landing me back in the office the next morning, and then never received a follow up call from a doctor or nurse until after I picked up my medical records - hence, indicating my exit from the practice. After a serious error on the part of Dr. Johnson, his staff of untrained medical assistants administering allergy shots, and the office as a whole, there was virtually no care or action taken to ensure my full recovery, future medical health, or general well-being. Reception is disrespectful, the staff is untrained and the doctor clearly doesn't care about the health of his patients. If you're going to select a doctor to inject you with something that can seriously harm you, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere.

I highly recommend him to anyone who has children. He is very good with my grandson and always keeps me informed about his health and why or what to do or not to do. My grandson loves him so much and he is 4 yrs old and loves to go to the doctor and always says "or we going to see Dr Johnson, I luv him so much nana?"

You will have to produce this, regardless if you have insurance or not. Ridiculous.Also, I found his diagnostic skills to be poor, which required a second opinion.
