It took me over an hour to be seen on the day of my appointment. It took a month to get in after making an appointment in the first place. It took a month for my orthotic insoles to arrive. I almost couldn't take them home the day they arrived after driving 20 minutes to the office from work on lunch, desperate to get them, because I paid the bill that arrived by mail, and it hadn't made it to the office yet. No other payment options were offered and I couldn't pay in person as the bill claimed it was due soon, and I thought it would be due before the insoles arrived (they arrived on the due date). I was able to take them home by paying in person and, hopefully, someone will notice and cancel the mail payment when it arrives. They feel like they may be too long for my shoes. I was not advised on if I'm supposed to trim them like over the counter soles. I called this morning on a Thursday to ask. The office is closed Wednesday, so I couldn't ask yesterday. They are open until 2… today. The answering service told me their phones are off until Monday, and they are closed tomorrow when they are normally open. Let me repeat so this is clear: they are open. But they are simply refusing all calls. To contact the office yiu would have to drive there and walk in as they are not... Taking... Calls. What? To be open 4 days a week is bad enough but this week there's only two days out of seven they can actually be contacted. I paid 400 dollars for insoles that are too long for my shoes and quite frankly feel cheap, and can't even contact someone to ask if I'm going to ruin them or relinquish any rights to replacement or adjustment if I adjust them myself. I do not want to wait a month for a replacement if needed. I also don't want to wait 4 more days to find out what to do! Two days out of 7 this week someone is actually around. I cannot believe it. I feel like I spent too much money on an inadequate product and I can't even get any help with it. In the future I will probably try to find a podiatrist who actually has an open office.
