Dr. Derick Garey Holt, MD

Dr Holt is great and his staff is amazing but to be there for 3 hours and get out at 6pm after eye dilation is insane. My suggestion is stop overbooking and then having people wait for ridiculous amounts of time.

Dr. Holt and his team have been fantastic my our children. Timely, organized, and very helpful answering questions.

Dr Holt and his staff are great !! Very friendly professional and easy to talk to !! Sometimes there's a wait ! But I'd rather wait than have them rush through the examination !

Dr Holt is the BEST! He is so kind and caring! He changed my life (he did!) when he corrected my left eye in my late 60’s. I can look people in the eye again and not feel embarrassed that my left eye is not looking at them. Thank you, Dr Holt, and Dao too!

While Dr Holt is great, we have been seeing him for 10+years, his office lacks a lot. The front desk staff can be abrasive. The waits are ridiculously long. They dilate everyone before getting back to you. So they tell you you will wait 30 minutes and end up waiting over an hour after dialation. It is a senseless way of doing things. We will be finding another office. I can't spend 3+ hours for an eye appointment.

My son who is now 7 years old was born at 25 weeks and has been a patient of Dr. Holt since birth we are very happy with the way Dr. Holt treats his patients. He has a great way with children and making us parents comfortable and supportive with any questions or concerns we may have. The staff is wonderful and always have a great experience any time we go for an eye check up.
