Dr. Derrick Kenneth Burno, MD

Diagnosed a 9mm kidney stone and recommended shockwave lithotripsy which took 2 month to achieve. Three more months without passing a stone I was told I need ureteroscopy for the now two stones and he applied a stent. After 90 days and not passing a stone and more ultra-sound I was told there were 2 stones and he couldn't see them the first time. "What?" He set another appointment 90 days away and in the interim I got a letter saying he wasn't with the clinic anymore. The wonderful wall of medicine was built behind me.

Drove 150 miles round trip to keep appointment on first time visit. Waited 80 minutes and never once did doctor Burno enter my room. Extremely disappointing appointment.

Dr. Burno is a very nice man who I felt comfortable with right away. He was clear with his answers to my questions.

Great doctor. Getting through to his office is sometimes very frustrating. They are not good at returning phone calls.
