Dr. Derrick Kyle Ross, DDS

I always had a difficult time finding a good Dentist, Medical Doctor and a Hair Salon. Those were difficult task to achieve for me, but I have found my Dentist through Dr. Ross. I have had bad experiences with Dentist not giving shots right, leaving dental cement in my gums after a root canal and bad experience with horrible root canals. I honestly cannot remember if I were told about Dr. Ross or I just took a chance on him, but whatever the case is, I am so glad I am a patient of his. He is a kind, gentle and caring Dentist. I had a tooth pulled from him and ended up getting a dry socket. If you have ever had one of those, you know it is horrible. He had told me that if it ever hurt during the weekend, I could contact him and he would be me at his office. It was on a Sunday and he met me after church and fixed it. I had become fearful of Dentist and starting avoiding them, but when I made an appointment, I shared my bad experiences with him and let him know that I had become fearful.… He looked me in my eyes and assured me that he would take care of me and he has so far. Although I have to have "gas" everytime he does work on my mouth and listen to soothing music, he understands my needs and he adjust to them. I was so pleased with his manners and his work, I got some family members to start seeing him. He is the best Dentist I have ever experienced!
