Dr. Desiree Sue Gleason, DO

Desiree Sue Gleason, DO, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with additional certification in Obesity Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with honors from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Gleason has over a decade of experience in hospital medicine and transitioned to outpatient care to help patients proactively manage their health and prevent hospitalizations. Her clinical expertise includes chronic disease management, obesity treatment, and preventive care. She has served in leadership roles on hospital committees and as Department Chair for Medicine. Outside of work, Dr. Gleason enjoys weightlifting, running, crafting projects with her children, and spending time with her family.
