I AM NOT THE EASIEST PATIENT IN THE WORLD AND SUPER SCARED AND SENSITIVE. HER PATIENCE AND KEENNESS ARE TRULY VALUED AND HER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO MY SPECIAL NEEDS IS SO VALUED.DON.T EVER LOOSE THIS PART OF YOU.THIS BEDSIDE MANOR IS HARD TO FIND.

This is the 2nd time i’ve had to remove basil cell carcinoma. Taken on time, excellent support staff and I trust Dr. Ratner. I follow their advice and i’m Healing well.

Before getting into Dr Ratner’s office, you must go thru a long line of general hospital intake for all patients visiting all Dept’s. I waited over 30 minutes. Office Visits for Dr Ratner are extremely expensive since you are going to an hospital and not a office. Warning & Beware! Not your normal office visit to a doctor. $$$$$

She is the Best of the Best..!! Very smart, sharp, knows how to do her job.. basically you are in good hands with her.

I am still one year later, trying to recuperate from a botched surgery. I have scar tissue that won't heal. She was dismissive and actually never even had her office to call to tell me I had cancer, they told me at a visit. I have spent untold sums trying to reverse the damage she did to me. Bad surgery, be sure to go see a plastic surgeon immediately after if she ever gets her hands on you. Do not let her close your wound.

She is very caring and very knowledgeable, like every doctor should be.
