Made an appointment for an eye exam and to get prescriptions for contacts and glasses. After three appointments I could still not get a prescription for contacts. She wanted me to come back a fourth time. I have never had more than one appointment to obtain contact prescriptions in the past. I was told after the first visit that my contacts were being ordered and given a pair to ware when I left. I went to the second appointment to get my contacts and was told they had not shipped yet, so why don't we dilate your eyes. Went back to get my contacts and prescription and was told my contacts had not been ordered yet and the doctor needed to make certain that they fit correctly. I reminded her that I had worn them a full week between the first and second appointment. I demanded a prescription for contacts and was refused. Do not waste you time on this OD.
