My husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2009 in El Paso Texas. He was given 18 months to live. We settle things,in El Paso and moved to San Antonio to be near family. My husband was a truck driver. Once Dr. M started seeing my husband things started to change. Dr. M is so knowledgeable. He started him on new routines and new meds. Once that nasty cancer figured the meds out Dr. M would start a different drug. With Dr. M and CTRC San Antonio my dear husband last 8 more years and worked almost up to the time he died in May of 2017. Dr. M helped my husband get to know his grandkids in those years. I was recommended by a friend to get a second opinion with Dr Mahalingam. He had looked after her husband when he suffered pancreatic cancer. I was so happy I chose to get this second opinion. He really understood my concerns, he took time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan and had a team of specialist working along side him, who all had a chance to review my case at their weekly tumor board. I was given 6 months to live, and now 2 years later I have beaten my cancer. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family who (I hope don't) gets cancer.

The doctor had decided my case before I walked into his office , no true examination or any lab work ordered, even though my GI doctor thought it was imperative I see a Hemotologist. I would not recommend seeing this doctor.
