Dr. Devan Sedlacek is a University of Nebraska Medical Center graduate (Doctorate in Physical Therapy, 2020) and a barbell-savvy clinician who blends clinical rigor with strength-sport experience. An avid CrossFitter and competitive powerlifter herself, she understands the physical and mental demands of high-level training and designs lift-specific, performance-driven rehab programs to get athletes back to their best.
