Very engaging, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Only complaint is there seems to be some sort of scent diffuser or essential oils in the waiting room. I’m ultra sensitive to odors, and I’m fairly certain I am not the only one.

If this doctor could properly manage the business side, meaning not playing loosie goosie with insurance codes, we'd be good. Unfortunately be very careful with your wallet on WELL Visits. Those are supposed to be at zero out of pocket expense, period, even including lab work. And she WILL NOT fix the code to be a WELL Visit. That is FRAUD. Also, when they recommend certain tests, they need to be up front on the potential costs, if any. It's very dishonest to not be upfront about potential costs. Also now the office forces you to join a club, even if your own insurance carrier already has a service to call in. This "club" is fine if you're sans insurance. It's not appropriate to have it forced on you.

Amazing doctor! Love her! My only issue is that if you have not paid to be a “preferred “ client, you will have to wait over an hour to see her, even if you show up 15 minutes early.

Extremely disappointed in this doctor. Accepts Medicare, but does not accept Medicare supplement which pays all charges over Medicare reimbursement. That is a problem I have never encountered before as any of my other doctors are delighted to see full coverage.

Dr. Szczpanski is a great primary doctor. On my initial visit, she spend over 30 minutes going over my health, etc. since I had not been to a primary dr. in a few years. Her nurse, dee dee is excellent also!

She is thoughtful, thorough, communicates well, organized, and not rushed. While young, she is clearly very well-trained. I'm very happy to have chosen her as my physician!
