I’ve been a patient of this office for over 25 years. Today I showed up without an appointment (for the first time ever)... I was nearly berated for doing so. The doctors are fine. If you don’t mind dealing neither the absolutely horrible office staff and the unreasonably LONG wait to get called into an inner office. The wait once you are in is also extremely long. If I didn’t need to have my prescriptions renewed, I would have left... even after waiting 2 hours and still waiting to be called in. After I get my scrips renewed, I will be taking my business of health care elsewhere!! They forget that they work for us. If you’re not up to par, you deserve to be fired. Totally do not recommend this office. My doctor recently retired and they failed to let her patients know. I could go on for pages and pages here about all the disappointment regarding this office. Steer clear!!

As with the latest review I agree the staff is horrible. Never has a need like a referral been done as asked. Always repeat phone calls needed. So many workers so little work. The wait time is always real real long!, the waiting room can be empty but the wait long. After years and progressively terrible service I am moving on to other mds.

The staff is unprofessional and unqualified-They actually lied and played games with my insurance company who tried to call them to get a pre-authorization for a necessary medication. I could not get an honest answer from any of them as they cover for each other as they must be friends out of the office. I could tell they did not even let the doctor know that anybody called for a pre-authorization. They sit around talking , laughing and carrying on while patients are left waiting hours for a doctor. You will be able to tell instantly they do not belong in a medical office, you would not even want them working at your local laundromat. They are truly cold and uncaring. They cannot schedule properly and are incompetent. I would strongly recommend you find a better doctors office, the doctors themselves are actually decent, however they should know better than to hire lowlifes like their support staff.

This office is unclean...especially the bathrooms! I also watched 5 medical reps walk back to meet with the doctors while I was asked to wait 45 minutes for my own appointment! It's clear that these doctors are more concerned with receiving a kick back from the pharmaceutical companies than their own patients. Will not be returning to this office.

Dr. Singh takes the time to listen to his patients! He also gives his patients alternative suggestions to traditional medicine. I have been going to his office for 15 years and all of the doctors and staff are top notch! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my healthcare.

We have been seeing Dr Singh since 1977, he has always been an excellent physician, he spends more than the usual amount of time with patients, and always made us feel comfortable discussing all health care issues.
