Dr Mistry is exceptional! We have worked together now for a year and a half regarding my medical issue. He truly cares and listens. All of the options we have tried have been decisions made together. I always feel heard and never rushed at my appointments. He always schedules follow up appointments and if needed works me in sooner. I have always felt like he was walking this journey to better health alongside me. Recently I went in feeling miserable, he checked with his scope and told me it looked the best it’s been since my first appointment. But then he said, “But what matters is how you are feeling.” I almost cried. No doctor has ever listened and put my feelings ahead of their observations. We then had a great discussion about our next step and gave me medication to try to give me some temporary relief. He has a heart of gold and compassion rarely found these days. I do wish it was an easier process to reach someone when calling. Or possibly activate the messaging capability in… their new portal system. Thank you Dr. Mistry for not only treating my physical symptoms when I visit but also providing encouragement and hope that keeps me going.

My first appointment with Dr. Mistress went well. He listened, was patient with questions. Very kind and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated the introductory video on his practice website. I got good vibes about him just watching the short video. Highly recommend him.

I appreciate Dr. Mistry’s excellent work as a physician and his personal attention to my condition. He has finally resolved my sinus problem after decades of suffering. Office visits are effective and efficient. However, I get very frustrated when trying to reach any person in the office by phone. Yesterday Dr. Mistry prescribed an antibiotic for me, which I took before bed and had an allergic reaction. I’m eager for a replacement scrip to ease my discomfort. I called the office early this morning, left a VM, got a return call which I wasn’t able to answer. Called back, finally got answered by the ‘operator’ and had to leave another voicemail. Not very helpful. Please hire someone to answer the phone, not a machine.

Dr. Mistry is fantastic!!!! He's kind, thorough explains everything very well always friendly and I'm so grateful that he is my doctor. He's taken care of me and my Sister in law who he has done surgeries on us both. He's a blessing
