I was finally given an appointment a few weeks out after calling in for left arm pain. On the day of the appointment a hour before I got a call from her office that she was not in and couldn’t see me. I asked for another appointment and emailed her to no response from her. Finally a week later the call staff got ahold of her and gave me an appointment. At the appointment she was Rude and told me “I’m sorry I don’t have much time; I have other patients to see.” She was dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable by cutting me off, checking her watch, and then rushing out. Almost every visit with her has been this way. I wish I would’ve checked here before but now I have just switched doctors.

So uncaring, dismissive and condescending. Told me she doesn’t have time to fill out my forms ( disability) and that’s done with the medical secretary, “Doctors don’t have time for that”. Ok thanks for the unnecessary comment, I already knew that and didn’t even ask her to fill them out. Didn’t even ask me enough questions to understand my situation. I’m new to Kaiser and regret joining after this visit, my first one too. Why did you choose to become a Dr if you’re going to be so uncaring and rude to people? She could use some bedside manner and grow a personality.

Uncaring, dismissive! Basically called me an " addict" because I asked for pain medicine. Ended up filing a complaint with Kaiser

I seen Dr. Devna mangrola-Watson And was very sick. She was the most uncaring doctor I have ever encountered. Very lazy and very dismissive. She could clearly hear my cough and she told me I didn’t sound that bad but I would get completely winded and would end up vommiting because the cough was so bad. I had to really push for a chest X-ray because all she gave me were two inhalers, I was never diagnosed with asthma in my life. None of these worked. Two days later she emails me to go get an antibiotic because I had pneumonia. I asked for help with my bad cough because the inhalers were not working for me and she said no she already gave me medication. In the end she gave me a cough syrup. Which helped me but it took help from another doctor to get me well. She was completely a waste of time/ my copay. She does not listen to the patient whatsoever. She takes her time getting back to patients be cause she told me she has “2500” patients. Well if it’s too much for your good for nothing… self Dr. Watson go complain to your Supervisor. What a Waste of a medical license!!! Kaiser needs to get rid of this lazy physician and her lazy medical assistant!! If you want good service go to someone else and avoid her at all costs she dismisses everything the patients says.

Did not care about my circumstance or anything I had to say about it. Made up her mind, was rude and impatient.
