Dr. Dewayne Bobby Mccamish

Dr. DeWayne B. McCamish
A Board certified orthodontist, Dr. McCamish has over 35 years of experience in the field. He finished his undergraduate studies at Middle Tennessee State University before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery and his Master's Degree in Orthodontics from the University of Tennessee at Memphis dental school. An esteemed member of the orthodontic community, Dr. McCamish often gives public lectures on oral health, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is both member and past president of the Southern Association of Orthodontists, Tennessee Association of Orthodontists, the University of Tennessee Orthodontic Alumni Association, Lookout Dental Study Club and the Chattanooga Area Dental Society. In addition to these, he is also an active member in many other organizations, including the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists. Aside his professional accolades, Dr. McCamish has …also earned recognition as a gifted athlete – he has been inducted into both the Chattanooga Sports Hall of Fame and the Tennessee Tennis Hall of Fame. He attends First Presbyterian Church where he has served as a Deacon and Sunday School Teacher. He also enjoys golf, snow skiing, yoga and spending time with his wife, Marilyn and his grandchildren. He and his wife, Marilyn, have three children and reside on Signal Mountain.
