I was in to see Dr. Salama yesterday for a visit. I was in the waiting room which was very busy and two ladies came in and one of them was very rude to the office staff wanting to be helped before other people that signed in (I was there before them and as well as several other people). The girl at the front desk was very polite asking the women to have a seat and she would be right with them. One of the ladies seemed to have an attitude. A form was given to the patient to fill out and then both ladies approached the window and one of the girls spoke Arabic to her. It seemed she did not understand her so the then spoke English, which I understood her asking for an emergency contact. The one lady became angry and disrespectful to the girl at the front desk telling her to speak Arabic and the front desk girl responded "you are understanding me in English and I do not need to speak Arabic, I just need emergency contact information". I then got called in the room for my appointment but… continued to hear the lady ( she was loud) being disrespectful to the staff. One of the ladies called the girl racists and she is arabic also. I am saying all this because I think the front desk girls handled this situation very well and made sure patients that had appointments before them were taken care of first. When the doctor came in he was very kind and helped me with my issue with having nosebleeds. My family has gone to this office for over 20 years and would highly recommend this office to anyone that needs an ENT. Thank you to the front desk staff for handling a difficult patient in a professional manner and thank you Dr. Salama for your excellent care.

My mother had gone by Dr.Salama over 30 years ago for her rhino which is why I had no doubt about going with him as my surgeon! His office staff went above and beyond on finding me a date that only worked for my schedule rather than theirs. It took many phone calls for his staff to find an anesthesiologist for the date I wanted but they made it happen! I’m in love with my results. He is an honest man and will do exactly what you want but better! He is the best. His staff is caring and really goes the extra mile.

I had a Rhinoplasty with doctor Salama, M.D. and several family members also. Also I have have had friend & family that see him for ENT problems.He does excellent work and the nurses in the office are awesome. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good ENT and cosmetic surgeon.

I have been seeing Dr Salama for a few years. He is an amazing Dr, wonderful bedside manner, and an amazing staff. They are all very friendly and always willing to help with any issues or concerns I have. I have recommended family and friends to this office and all have been very happy!

I did a rhinoplasty with Dr. Salama, and was extremely unsatisfied with my results. I asked to only shave down a bump and shorten my nose a bit, and I am now in the process of having my second rhinoplasty done due to the fact that I now have a deviated septum causing my nose to be asymmetrical, I have major nasal obstruction which has also caused an odor, and hypertrophy of nasal turbinates. I've never injured myself to have these issues, they all began to appear post-op to surgery. I went back to see him and he wanted to charge me to fix what was not right. Most surgeons would fix their patients errors for no charge at all. I also refered a friend to him before my deformities began to appear, and she has also had another rhinoplasty done to correct it.

I have been taking my grandmother to see Dr. Salama for a few years (I am also a patient). He has a wonderful bed side manner and always answers our questions. The "twins" up front, I call them that, are always so nice and always willing to help us. I wish every office could be this way, I left my primary care physician and had to got to a new one because of rude staff and Doctor. I have referred Dr. Salama to everyone with a Ear, Nose, Throat problem...also a friend of mine had a suspicious mole that was cancer, that he examined.
