Terrible bedside manner. Did not even look at me during at our appointment - spent the whole time typing my "symptoms" on the computer. Wouldn't recommend going to him.

I was visiting Dr Dhasakumar Navaratnam PhD yestarday. I was highly satisfied with the service and treatment I have received from the doctor and his staff. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns. My experience with the office was very positive.

I saw this dr. once and was very pleased with the office visit. He did a detailed exam and tried me on a new med. That is the extent of the positive. I had issues with the med and had to call the office three times before he called me back over two days. His receptionist was very helpful sending him urgent messages to contact me. When he finally did he decided to order bloodwork before changing the med. Again I had to call several times to speak to him about the results and the medication change. Again the office sent him urgent message to call me. It is now two days later and still no call or med. change. I am not impressed with this at all. If a doctor can not follow up with patients then I have serious concerns about their true care for me. I felt he gave a good exam that's why he got a fair but in everything else I would rate him as poor.
