Waited for an hour. When she finally saw me, she couldn’t find any of the my records that had been sent weeks before, didn’t know I was there or who referred me. Very frustrating and unnecessarily time- consuming.

I saw her after another doctor in the practice retired. She seemed very nice during the first and only time we met. But over the last week she has been completely unresponsive to my emails and phone calls requesting my test results and a prescription renewal (originally written by a doctor no longer at the practice). First time I called to check on these items, I was told that she had received my email and would surely respond that day. Three days after the first call, I called for the third time and was told that it was unclear why she hadn't responded yet to my emails or my phone calls but that they would once again request that she respond back to me. in the meanwhile, I have no idea what my test results indicated and do not have needed Rx per my treatment plan.
