I was a patient for 10 years of the doctor. When I lost my PPO I couldn't see her. upon acquiring PPO again I requested to be her patient. And she would gave me multiple excuses including my pain management. Which I have multiple things going on that I truly needed it. Gout diverticulitis rheumatoid arthritis impingement in my shoulder nerve damage. Once I acquired a PPO she refused to take me back as a patient. that's what I get for 10 years of being her patient if not longer in the most points uses I received over the day and a half that she cannot accept me as a patient. Unprofessional

Friendly office but incorrect communication between office staff and doctor. Repeated myself 3 times when calling office on 530 diffent occasions to let doctor know how I was doing on new meds in which I would get a call back with doctors response that made no sense. Maybe retrain office staff on how to put a proper note in to doctor!? Very frustrating..

I can always count on the staff to get me in to be seen and they are always friendly. Dr. Alanis reviews my options with me and provides recommendations on the appropriate action to fit my needs.

She's very understanding and patient.

Dr Alanis is very thorough and professional. She really takes the time to listen to her patients.

Dr. Alanis has been my Dr. for at least 9 years. She was my Dr. at Rochelle Medical Group and now at DLX. She has also treated my husband and daughter. We've seen her for everything, from minor illnesses to broken bones to major surgery and much in-between. Her diagnoses have always been accurate, her advice has been excellent, and her follow up has been outstanding. Best of all is her bedside manner. She listens to me. She is not conceited. Dr. Alanis educates me regarding my conditions, talks to me about my options and the possible outcome of each, but then lets me make the decisions regarding my medical care. She doesn't judge or force what she wants onto me, but lets me make my own healthcare decisions. I appreciate that! So not only do I get excellent medical care, educated about my illnesses, but I get to make the decisions regarding me. I definitely give her 5 out of 5 stars.
