This people does not have clue of what they are doing. I tried to explain the situation of my issue but they did not understand something a kindergarten kid would understand . I do not recommend anybody to visit these neurologists

I have suffered from migraines for over 15 years. Dr. D. Balsalobre is kind, understanding, and a pro at giving Botox injections. She is so helpful and so easy to talk to. I would most assuredly recommend her to friend and family.

Her demeanor is unprofessional. The office is also understaffed and poorly organized. I was told that they “didn’t have” an electronic copy of test they did that I NEED a second opinion on. Was told that I have to go to any “Florida hospital “ to get an electronic copy of my test, however that is false. After driving to to other side of town, and spending 45 mins trying to obtain my much needed test results I was informed that her office is the ONLY place with my electronic results, and in their words the staff at dr. Diana’s office “gave me the run around” about obtaining my records. Unreal. Don’t expect your calls to be answered, or returned in a prompt manner either as they will hang up in your face, and do not have a voicemail option set up for their apopka location. I was also told that she was not in the office that day when I needed to clarify my results with her, only to see her walk past me a few moments later. When I say unprofessional, that is putting it… lightly. She told me “learn to live with it” during my initial appt with her when I asked What to do about the parasethesia I experience. If you want a doctor that , you know, acts like a real doctor....she’s not it.
