Dr. Diana Elizabeth Bell, MD

Dr. Bell helped me through a very challenging time in my life when I was diagnosed with high grade cervical dysplasia. This required some procedures that I was absolutely terrified about, but Dr. Bell went out of her way to reassure me throughout the ordeal and never once did I feel judged for my fear. On more than once occasion she has sat down with me to go over my test results and next steps. I have never felt rushed by her and feel that she listens and really thinks through her answers when asked a question. Although this condition has been resolved through her excellent care, it does require frequent follow ups so I see her at least once a year and never have I had a less than optimal interaction with her. I truly don't know what I would do without her!

Her and her office staff are very chilly. Ok for annual appointment, not for any follow-ups.

I had a vaginal hysterectomy and I nearly died because I was bleeding internally due to a vessel that might have been tied but was not tied. I had to have another surgery and then into ICU for about 4 days.I would not go to doctor Bell if I had it to do all over again.

Dr. Bell has the very very best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever experienced. She has been my doctor for the last almost 16 years. Although she does not deliver babies anymore she was my doctor when I gave birth to both of my kids. As an example of how much she cares for her patients, she was not the doctor on call when either of my children were born (they were both born on holidays) but yet she called to check on me regularly both before and after the baby was born. She just cares. Most recently when I had a slight scare she recommended further treatment and went WITH ME to the appointment (on a Saturday) so I would feel more at ease. She is the very best doctor out there!! I have no doubt.
