She has neen my doctor for several years. Very nice and helpful doctor. And the staff is awesome.

Horrible staff !!

I started seeing Dr. Casanova along with my daughter in 2007. At first she seemed okay but I did not feel very confident in her diagnosis and decision making skills. But due to having military insurance at the time it was hard to find a doctor in our area that accepted our insurance. As a single working mom I had to take off work one day and take my daughter in to see Dr. Casanova for strep throat, while we were talking to her I said can you please look at my daughter's back and perhaps prescribe something for acne because it was bad and scarring. Dr. Casanova looked at me and said "You made an appointment for one thing, that's two so you will need to make another appointment". I was shocked and very angered by her rude inconsiderate attitude because in reality that really just meant she wanted to charge my insurance company for another office visit!!! I had to breakdown and take my 19 year old son in for swollen lymph nodes in his neck and headaches and the staff were extremely rude… from the time we walked in then I was handed to old bills both less than $200 that had been sent to the wrong address because they failed to update our address from my daughter's last appointment and then told me that yes my son is 19 and grown and does not owe anything but if I didn't pay my daughter's balance she refused to see my son. We will NEVER go back to her. She is a rude money hungry doctor who barely knows anything about medicine. She needs to check her attitude and brush up on her skills!

My first experience with this Dr., her staf was very pleasant and helpful, I can understand the wait times, as they did ask me to come early to fill out paperwork, this helps plenty. She has been around awhile, and did discuss with me the importance of my health. We tend to forget why we showed up at these appts, maybe because we wait too long to get out healthcare together. I am SELFPAY patient and was very happy with their rates! Will recommend to another person. THANK YOU for taking care of my needs, also they did send me out for lab work and they made sure and send me to a place I could afford and told me about discount rates and special months the lab facility offered.

She used to be the best doctor around but, now it's like she's made her money and is living the good life so we no longer mean anything to her. Doesn't spend time in room. Doesn't follow up poor at proper diagnosis. I think she's just in the profession for the money where is your heart now??? If your heart isn't with the patient you should just retire. Very disappointed in this doctor. My family is switching to someone that has a caring heart. My family is important to me and I don't want them to be diagnosed wrong she's messed up on blood work orders n prescriptions as well just to name a couple of problems we have had. The girls at the front desk are nice but, I've heard them put people on hold and then gossip. Hmmmmm what are they saying about you or me no one knows. Save yourself the head ache go see a different doctor.
