Dr. Diana Lynn Dickens, MD

Easily the most thorough doctor I've encountered. She takes the time to ask me all the questions about my symptoms and reviews blood work/labs/records from my PCP to make sure she is giving me the correct treatment. I decided to go the allergy shot route knowing it's a long commitment to fully help my allergies. I've been on them for about 2 years and already feel so much better during my bad seasons. Having worked in a medical office myself, I can tell you they do not over charge anyone, everything they do is sent to your insurance. They dont have any hidden physician fees unless you No Show for one of your appointments (they lose money on those appointments so call and cancel your appointment so they can try and fill it with someone who needs their help) then that's a $30 fee (you have to initial this in the new patient paperwork so that you acknowledge there will be a fee for just not showing up without a phone call to the office). If you call and cancel the appointment the day… before there is no charge. I had also seen a review about being overdosed on shots so that you have an allergic reaction so they get more money. If that were true, Dr. Dickens wouldve been out of the job 20 years ago. That is extremely unsafe as allergy shots are injections of allergens into the body. In no way shape or form do they overdose. They increase dosage as you progress through the shots. If you have a reaction they bump it down to allow your body to tolerate the dosage. If you react then they take you back and monitor you until symptoms reduce. They are very good at what they do. I fully trust the staff to know what to do.

I felt that Dr. Dickens was easy to talk to and she had taken time to listen to my concerns and she didn't seem to be in a hurry to rush off to the next patient. The front desk seems efficient and the waiting time was about ten to fifteen minutes. She is a great physician and I highly recommend her! In addition to this her nursing staff was great too!!!

Dr. Dickens is by far one of the best doctor's I have ever been seen by. She seems to actually care about my well-being. She is extremely thorough making sure that she can provide the correct and best treatment possible. I have recommended her to many friends and family and will continue to do so as she provides the best service. The office is spectacular as well as the staff. The staff know me by name already and always make me feel welcome and comfortable. If you want a great doctor do not listen to Sam's review. Come see for yourself how wonderful Dr. Dickens and ASAP are.

Do not trust this doctor to give you allergy shots or IT shots. He staff can overdose you, causing reactions, only so they can bill more to the insurance. One of the staff Erin was confronted with the overdose and when we asked that she no longer give us or our kids shots, she got angry and reported false information in our medical record. 6 months later, we disputed a false insurance claim they filed. 2 weeks later when time for allergy shots, doctor terminated her service with us, gave us medical record and sent us wondering which doctor would give us our effective shots after 2 years on the treatment. Do not trust her to complete her treatment for you. Either you have a shot reaction and she treats you for more money or you not worth it. Her clinic collecting $17/month for allergy shot will not work well with her and she will cut you off, unexpectedly.

Excellent Doctor. Very caring, understanding, and knowledgable. Took time to listen to my concerns. My family is much better because of here.
